Shipping policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you’re located outside the United States, we’d love to have you visit us in person at our store in Washington, Missouri!

Shipping Rates

We keep it simple. All orders ship at a flat rate of $7.95, regardless of order size.

Processing Time

Orders are picked, packed, and shipped within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

During new collection launches or seasonal sales, processing may take an extra 1–2 business days. We’ll always keep you posted if there’s a delay.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times

All orders ship via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our shop. If your tracking hasn’t updated within 48 hours of shipment, don’t worry—carriers sometimes take a bit to scan. If it’s been more than 7 business days since shipment, reach out to us and we’ll look into it.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, shoot us an email and we’ll confirm everything is good to go.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier and make it right—whether that means reshipping your order or issuing store credit.

Please note: Coconut Grove Boutique is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier directly.

P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. Please make sure your shipping address is formatted correctly at checkout.
